    I worked at Total Attorneys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Gained a holistic view of a small company wanting to play in the big leagues. Many opportunities to expand beyond my skill set

    Cons

    Watched the company turn from a 'people first' to a 'numbers not humans' management style. The egos of the company got in the way of rebuilding a structure and saving a culture.
