    I have been working at Total Petrochemicals full-time (more than 8 years)


    Beter than being unemployed, but not by much. There are better companies out there offering better pay, benefits and all-around atmosphere.


    Poor management. The atmosphere is not condusive to productivity or inovation. Too many times management positions in the US are filled by epats from Europe. Upward mobility is very, very, stagnant.

    Stop micro-managing
