I worked at Total Woman Gym and Day Spa full-time (More than 3 years)
Working with amazing women- great leadership has stepped in and is taking this Company to a whole new level. Strong women, partnering to create this incredible premise- Company. The new leadership is making changes- but they are great changes- creating uniformity in each Club. Watch this Company take off- with the amazing leaders both at Corporate and in the Clubs- it's exciting. I love the changes the new leaders brought in- training team members on how to do their jobs effectively and be more successful and consistent expectations. Now everyone knows their role- and now they are getting the training, skills to be successful. You will be taught how to be a business owner- really learn true business and leadership skills from the new leadership - absolutely priceless in what these women can and will empower you to become. I am so thankful for what I learned!
change- there are a lot of people who are resistant to change but in this day and age- you have to stay current, flexible and adapt to changes- that is how businesses can stay fresh and that is how they stay in business. They are becoming more receptive- because even those tough ones set in their ways can see that the changes they are making are for the better.......it's just going to take some time.
Advice to Management

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Woman Gym and Day Spa (Los Angeles, CA).
It is an interesting process as the people who generally hire are unaware of the needs at club level. had to interview with several people. They did good to sell the position yet struggled to answer my questions.
