    Pros

Good travel benefits & discounts, very good benefits including 401 matching, excellent training program for new employees - TH Academy, company is constantly growing, marketing department not micro-managed and managers care about their employees, there's a gym in the office & free birthday cake once a month

    Cons

Long hours, work-life balance needs not great. Not good communication between departments

    Advice to Management

Consider offering more travel opportunities (like it used to be a few years ago).
Please stop cutting department budgets, its only hurting your company not to provide sales teams and clients with the material they need to sell your products.
Expect reasonable amounts of overtime from employees, we like having time for families, staying in shape, and personal time.

    Interview

Get contacted via email through university resume book. After several days waiting, start the screening phone interview. Then, I was asked to take online assessment training test. Then, I was interviewed by admission manager. The last part of the interview process is the case interview.

    Interview Questions

    • The online assessment test was tough. You were asked to answer 100 questions within 60minutes. Some of them involves heavy calculations. It is impossible to get all them answered without quickly guessing several questions.   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

It seems like the company hiring international student solely based upon the OPT time. Then, H1B sponsorship is solely case by case. The company doesn't seem promising for me.
