    I met a recruiter at a University Career Event and spoke briefly about Toyota. They offered me a next-day interview, I happily accepted because any interview is simply practice. I was not particularly interested in the position but wanted to hear more about it and decide whether or not there was flexibility once I joined the company. The interview was one-on-one with a District Sales Manager, very casual, and not very many questions that made me think twice. They offered me a position, but I declined because the culture did not seem to match up with my interests.

    The first year involved working in the call center at Toyota HQ, and after that it was constant travel, which was just not appealing to me even right out of college.
