    Positive Outlook

I worked at Toyota Tsusho America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I had a good work environment with very cooperative cocworkers. The company have been continuously growing. The benefit package is well above than industry average.

    Cons

The company could be more aggressive in developing business. Because its business is mostly secured by Toyota Motor related business, you will rarely see agressive attitude in workplace.

    Advice to Management

Younger generation in the company could be more motivated if the management can offer more promoted positions. It is nothing bad to respect seniority but it may be too much in this company.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Toyota Tsusho America (New York, NY).

    Interview

The interview process was very extensive. First, there was a phone interview with the HR rep, then they bring you in to meet with the section manager. Then they bring you in for a second face to face interview with every manager possible. From the original phone interview till the day i actually started working, 3 months almost passed.

    Interview Questions

    • Very formal interview questions. Initially there is 3 questions in the first face to face interview and then there is another 3 questions in the second face to face interview.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

not much negotiations. They only agreed to pay $1000.00 more than originally offered.
