I worked at TracyLocke full-time (more than 3 years)

Wonderful culture; very work hard play hard, and good place to start at a junior level. Great work-life balance + opportunities for growth and training depending on team placement. Can work from home, decent PTO, week off between christmas and new years'.

Minimal in-person interaction with clients at junior level. Typical agency politics. Upper management is cliquey and siloed. Notoriously underpaid, lose great people by wearing them out.

Advice to employees: Look for opportunities to advance and fight to get them

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop playing favorites with the people who babysit your kids and look for the true talent; recognize and award good talent and competency before they threaten to leave (and do).

    Interview Details

It was intense but overall very positive and everyone was friendly. The questions weren't too hard but it seemed like they really wanted to get to know you. Everyone who worked there seemed to love the company and made it seem like a great place to work at.
