Good. Handles all the pay & ins instead of you; as a employer. As employee; keeps you busy if you are not problem.

    Pros

As a employer; they handle all the pay & ins. You have no liability to that temp. Can use that time to see if both you & the temp can work together. Can direct hire them after a certain amount of time as past. Can most likely get you more help when needed. OR replace any bad apples.
As a employee. Don't have to deal with the bosses of company that you are working for. Meaning, if there is a problem, you contact the individual who placed you. They will be the go between. Can move you to another company. In busy times, can place you fast with another company, so do don't lose any time of work and pay. Have many different offices, so they place you fast, if there is a need some where outside the district they work in.

    Cons

You don't know if you are making the same as the temp workers. You may be a {temp} boss, yet one of your down line temp workers might be getting paid more. They try to be far with all. You get paid with what the market will bear; meaning you may have to take a cut in pay, compared to what you may have received from a previous company. As a temp employee, YOU will be let go 1st by the company who contracted you, compared to a direct hire to that company. Even if you were making the same amount of $$$ as that direct hire. The contract Co pays a higher amount to Trade Source for the complete package, you may not know that amount.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As what I've heard of other workers with other Co's. One of the better ones to work for. Be far & honest with your placements {workers} if there is/was any problems with a particular company that you made the placement with. Ask for updated licensing info when asked.

Had me come in to the office and interview with manager. Was akward as there was someone interviewing right in the other room with the same manager. Asked me my experience, gave me a drug test, signed a bunch of forms, negotiated my wage, gave me a job.
