Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'VE SUBMITTED MY RESUME WITH MY APPLICATION, WHAT'S NEXT?
A: Our recruiting department will review your application and will be in contact with you to explain the next step of our hiring process.
Q: HOW DO I CONTACT YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS?
A: You can reach one of our recruiters by calling 801-701-7179 or by emailing recruiting@traegergrills.com.
Q: MY RESUME ISN'T BEING ACCEPTED BY THE TRAEGERGRILLS.COM WEBSITE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: You can email your resume to recruiting@traegergrills.com.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHICH POSITION IS RIGHT FOR ME?
A: That really depends on you. Outside sales requires travel as opposed to the Store Manager and Store Manager in training positions which require no travel. However, once you apply and speak to the head of recruiting, they can help you to narrow down which position is right for you.
Q: I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY EMAILS THAT MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED. SHOULD I CALL?
A: You're always welcome to call. However, many of our emails could be ending up in your spam or junk folder. To ensure you're receiving our emails its best to add recruiting@traegergrills.com and noreply@traegergrills.com to your contact list.
Q: ARE THERE ANY TERRITORIES?
A: No. Everyone gets to travel the United States. However, you do have to prove you're the best and work your way up the ladder to get the best shows.
Q: ARE YOU ONLY IN COSTCO?
A: Quick answer… No. Traeger grills can also be seen at roadshows, home and garden shows, rodeos, fairs, and Traeger stores in select locations. However, our Outside Sales Position is only in Costco. We are also in some special hardware/backyard stores however; there are no sales reps at these locations.
Q: IS THERE BASE PAY PLUS COMMISSION?
A: No. All of our positions are commission driven pay structures.

It is easy to work for a company when you believe in the product. Working for Traeger comes natural due to the fact that the grills we make and sell are so legit and amazing. It is hard to find somebody that disagrees with how cool our grills really are.

It is also easy to work for Traeger because Traeger employees are super cool, fun, and laid back. Which makes you want to work harder just because you want to impress all of your cool co-workers.

Easy interview. They look to see if you can handle objections, overcome the objection, ask for the business. They do a video interview. You are sent to UT for training. Memorize the script word for word or you will be sent home. You will room with another rep. Don't take the job.
