    I have been working at TransFirst full-time (More than 3 years)


    They do a great job of hiring smart, creative driven employees.


    The ability to move around departments is there, but the pay is so under par there is a ton of turnover

    Advice to Management

    For all the work you do to hire great people, invest in them once they are hired and allow them to grow. Pay them what they are worth with the exposure the present in their roles.
