Decent pay, good people, steady work. Jobs all over the country and the world. Good place to work.
The benefit package here is very weird. 1500 hours to get benefits is way too long. I've never heard of anything over 3 months before working here.
Advice to Management
I have no advice for the management. There are some old timers here who just don't like new people which is kinda dumb but that's my only complaint.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Transfield Services (Melbourne (Australia)).
I was notified of the position through a recruitment agency. The interview was done over two meetings. First was informal and we just got to know each other. Second Interview was more technical. At the time I already had an offer from another company (university), this made the decision hard. However Transfield Services did raise the offer once they found out I am applying for another roll. They understood the magnitude of the decision I had to make and was patient.

There was counter offers made after I explained that the university offered me a similar role with better entitlements.
