    Pros

Lots of emphasis on developing people and teams. Peers were amazing, most leaders managed to do what was right for the business and the people that the managed.

    Cons

A little difficult at times to keep changing focus through each leadership change.

    Advice to Management

Be mindful of the old timers, their heart and soul have made it successful, no need to change everything.
