I have been working at Traveller's Tales full-time (more than 10 years)

Excellent benefits package, good salaries, paid overtime, good bonus scheme, discount offers, pension plan, flexible working hours, great AAA titles to work on every year, excellent career progression opportunities, incredibly talented staff, excellent learning opportunities.

Slightly too much middle management coming into play in recent years, occasionally this can stifle creativity/cause friction. As such there should always be a glass half full approach rather than the opposite.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ensure that making games remains fun and involved for all staff, don't allow the emphasis to move from creativity towards production driven development as that will hamper things.

Traveller's Tales is an English software house founded in 1989 and fully established in 1990 and based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

It is part of the TT Games group—after the merger of publisher Giant Interactive and the developer Traveller's Tales—along with TT Games Publishing. Although, in its early years, the software house developed various games based on original content, since 1999 it mainly focused on the development of tie-ins based on movies, TV shows and television series.
