This was a paid internship for college students, which is pretty rare for an internship. Management made it clear that it was very important to pay the interns for their time. Made me feel appreciated.

Change in management when new people were elected. This obviously happens at any place with elected officials, but it is something everyone should be aware of it.

Why do you want to work for the organization and why do you believe you are the best candidate for the position. I was called back within a few days for second interview

    Interview Questions

    • Most difficult question was, "Tell about a time when you disagreed with your supervisor's decision and you were wrong. How did you handle the situation?"   1 Answer

Straight forward. This is a non profit organization, so pay scale is structured. I did however receive offer at top of the pay scale!
