I worked at Trelleborg full-time (More than 5 years)
They have good pay and great benefits. Their insurance is priced more reasonably than any other company I've worked for. Excellent focus on employee safety
At times management can play favorites. That in itself can be a plus depending on your status, but the negative vastly outweighs the positive if your not in that particular managers favor
Advice to Management
I would simply ask management to make sure that your veteran employees are better taken care of, considering the revolving door of people makes anyone with more than a year and a half a veteran.
