Convienient to every part of the city. Major roads put you withing 20 miniutes of downtown, suburbs, entertainment and attractions. Fringe benefits include health insurance, free lunch, free parking, 403b with company matching. On site fitness center coming soon.
Currently expanding (under cponstruction). Senior management micro-manages, reacts to events and challenges without thinking through. Staff is not empowered and afread of making a mistake.
Advice to Management
Learn to trust employees. Empower them, mentor them, set clear expectations and limits and then let them do the right thing in thier own way. Control the budget, stop letting it control actions. Follow up on delegated tasks. Hold people accountable, including yourself.
