A Word From Our CEO
Burton M. Gold?eld

Burton M. Goldfield
President and Chief Executive Officer

"I am amazed at what our clients are doing. We have one CEO passionate about mentoring children through after-school programs. We have another working to cure a staph infection called MRSA. What I find wonderful is that TriNet gets to be a part of their success. We're helping them make it happen."

We don't just have a set of company values—we aspire to meet them on a daily basis. We call those values POISE, and they've been the foundation of our company culture for the last 20 years.

POISE means Personal GrowthOrientation to the FutureIntegrityService, and Entrepreneurialism. We think it's a powerful culture in which to work, grow and advance. And whether you're a vendor, a customer, or a TriNet team member, we think you'll agree.

    Interview Details

I was interviewed by someone through a referral, not my end supervisor, however, the two worked closely together. He was very professional, kind and asked the right questions to get to know me and see if I would be a good fit for the role. I could tell he was very experienced at this. He made me feel at ease and was not intimidating and didn't play games as so many interviewers out there do.
