I have been working at TriZetto full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Staff has a lot of experienced personnel and flexibility. Small/agile team. Coworkers are very helpful and will go out of there way to assist you.

    Cons

Building is somewhat lacking in amenities. PTO is supposedly 'unliminted' but depends on whether your individual manager approves. If you have heavy assignments you find it difficult to actually schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be willing to pay what it takes to hire people with the necessary skills. Allow people to actually use there 'unliminted' PTO. Everybody knows the policy was changed to benefit the company, not the employees. It's insulting to imply otherwise.

    Associate Project Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Denver, CO
    Application Details

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at TriZetto in August 2014.

    Interview Details

I applied on line and received a call for a brief phone interview the next day. That was followed by call inviting me to a face to face interview. The onsite interview was with 2 groups of panels - about 8 people total. An assignment was given the day prior to the interview with requirement to make presentation at the interview. Everything occurred within one week including a callback to inform me I would not be getting an offer. That was appreciated since many times there is no closure and recruiters just let you hang with no follow up after an interview. The interviewers were very intense and and didn't paint the best picture of the company. They seem to want a very specific profile or background that you must fit exactly. This job probably would have been a bad fit anyway as there was alot of negativity and they all talked about the stress of working there. I was impressed by how organized they seemed to be but at the same time the company seems very rigid.
