I have been working at TrialCard full-time (Less than a year)

I love working here and would recommend it to anyone. For someone looking for a job, I ended up with a career. I really feel at home here. The culture and current employees make coming to work enjoyable. Trialcard has assembled a great group of talent and cultivates a great work environment.

As with any growing company, there are ups and downs to any decisions made. I am in for any change because I trust the leadership here, but sometimes it is hard to adapt so quickly.

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring great talent and cultivating a healthy work environment.

    Difficult Interview

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TrialCard (Cary, NC) in July 2014.

HR found me on LinkedIn and started the conversation. I spoke with HR first to get to know what the company did. Then I phone interviewed with the Director of Program Management for about an hour. Then I phone interviewed with a group of Associate Directors for about an hour. Then they invited me to a site visit. A group of project managers (peers) took me out to lunch for an informal question and answer session. Then I did multiple in-person interviews with several Vice Presidents and ultimately the President of the company. A few days later, HR contacted me with an offer letter within the range of compensation that I was looking for. No negotiation was needed. Entire process took about three weeks.
