I have been working at Tribal DDB

    Pros

It seems everyone who did not like it here has left leaving those who really want to be here, here. There are a lot of new people and they all seem knowledge. The leads are helpful and provide guidance when asked. Everyone is really really nice and sweet. The office has fun events, in office happy hours, bagel days and kind bars. The office has a real nice energy. I love it here.

    Cons

The office is under going construction but it should be great and brand new once it is done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure to appreciate those who are here because they truly care about their work from what I have seen.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Tribal DDB.

    Interview Details

Filled out thorough application. Really felt they wanted to get to know me as an individual. Came in and interviewed with 2 lovely people. Got the offer. There was a bit of disorganization once the interns arrived, however the hiring and interviewing process was structured and very clear. The later disorganization did not come from lack of planning but rather the shift in team structure, as the ad world has a very high turn over rate. Interview had a balanced question and answer and interviewers were genuine and intimidating in only the right ways.
