    They compensate you well.
That's about the only positive thing this company has going for it.

Absolutely no direction from the top management.
The management implements arbitrary decisions and expects you to follow them mindlessly regardless of your personal ambitions or choices.
The motto of the company is 'Work 2 hours more than the competition'! So, suffice to say there is no work-life balance whatsoever.
Completely sycophantic culture! Whoever sucks up to the boss gets ahead, the work doesn't really matter.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Tricon Energy.

    Interview Details

The interview ultimately NEVER HAPPENED!!! The HR initially expressed interest, but later I do not know what happened, it was as if she was trying to find excuses to not have the interview. The entire experience was so ridiculous, I sometimes laugh when I think about it. I also feel frustrated in equal measure for having my time wasted.

The first interview was supposed to be on Skype and the HR never turned up at the agreed upon time. 2 days later I had to send her an email enquiring about the interview. She came with a usual excuse and I thought she might have been busy.

The second time, we agreed to have a Skype interview, she did login, and messaged me saying she couldn't find a conference room. So I asked to reschedule.

The third time, she said the CEO called her in for some meeting.

At every point, I was finding myself taking the lead, and suggesting appropriate interview times. She was passive, and I was left annoyed at the end.

I deleted her contact, never to think about it. I now have a great job, and I'm glad I never interviewed here. Speaks volumes about the culture.
