downsides be in all working area this way has created by person like us. we can't blame any property were we.because of the well crown company never loose their name and standards for anything.
Advice to Management
those who have real interested to work in our property please give a opportunity weather he has failed in interview. take him as a trainee for a month without any pay. then we contact a re interview this will help to prove them. as well as it help to know weather he have a ticket to journey with over family or not ,and we never lose a talented person from our family.
i tilling this which i saw in my past journey . many students are coming from many places to study in college from different life sectors like village, town, trust, or cared by uncle (no parent's) this has be very hard to them from the outer line. due to his/her shyness, bad communication they are not qualifying to our family. but those people also be talented and they have afraid of seeing of big family like us it naturally happen to most people. but we can mold them according to our family culture if he is not to be fit for our culture we can cancel his ticket to leave from our family.because talented and well experience person has surrounded in our family.
