    - The company works with well known clients which makes it a privilege to work there. - The work environment is great. To me that comes as a priority in a company and I am truly glad that I had a chance to work with a very professional team. - Trigger values their employees and the interaction between team members was one of the best that I have encountered. - As a designer it was a great experience to work with the creative team. Working with a very talented creative team encourages you to explore and use your creative potential. - Designers also get a chance to work on innovative projects therefore they get to learn new creative approaches. - Finally, tons of variety on the free snacks, which is always a pro!

Sometimes the work hours get quite long but that happens almost in every other design or game company.

I applied online – interviewed at Trigger LLC in June 2015.

I applied online through LinkedIn for this position and I was contacted a couple days later about having a phone interview with the VP of Technology for the web dev position. On the day of the interview, when I was contacted by the VP of Technology for the interview, it was almost as if he did not want to talk to me, his tone of voice and attitude seemed very disinclined with speaking to me, which came off as extremely unprofessional. Usually in interviews there is some sort of formal introduction, but not with this guy. When I picked up the phone and answered "Hello, this is [name] speaking" his reply was "Oh great, so WHAT have you done in HTML?" I felt that, that was very rude and unprofessional. Like the saying goes "It's not always what you say, it's how you say it"... So I continued to talk about the numerous JavaScript libraries that I was learning and new web technologies that I was interested in, to show how much of a passion web development is to me and why I felt I would be a good fit for the company. His responses to my answers were extremely dry as if he wanted the interview to be just done and over with. I have never had an interview where the interviewer acted the way he did. I then had asked at the end of the interview about the next steps and time frame of when the candidates should hear back and he told me within the next week, which seems fair. 2 weeks go by and I sent an email out to the recruiter inquiring on my status of the position and I never heard back. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an interviewer.
