I have been working at Trinity Health full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good pay for the job at hand. Great People to work with. A large organization to work for with a lot of opportunities to move to different departments. I know a lot of non college educated people who make good money in this position.

    Cons

The day to day operational job can get redundant if you are not actively seeking more challenging work. The mid level management are kind but there are a few people that shouldn't be in a management position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remove a few of the mid-level managers to other areas where they are not in charge of people.
