I have been working at Trinity Health full-time (more than 10 years)

Down-to-earth caring and committed management; work-life balance both emphasized and encouraged; tangible initiatives to institute mission, core values and culture in real life operations/programs (not just a bunch of "hot air" or nice ideas); environment fosters self-investment, providing ample opportunities to learn, grow and advance; very good affordable benefits; employee suggestions and concerns are taken seriously

Siloed operations with many layers of unnecessary management; senior leadership out-of-touch with decision impact on bottom ranks; Much too much emphasis placed on 'good on paper' people that don't have the goods in person.
