I worked at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital and Clinics full-time (more than 5 years)

The techs were very helpful with each other and I enjoyed my time there. A great spirit of cooperation and helpfulness existed the entire time I was there.

Compensation was poor compared to ETMC. Management had areas where it was evident that cost, and seemingly only cost, was there overriding concern. Morale took a definite back seat to cost, no doubt.

    Interview Details

Standard process - HR filters the potential candidates, someone then contacts you, an interview time and place is then set, interview then takes place, if you're the selected candidate an offer letter is sent, negotiations can then take place if initial offer letter is unacceptable, then candidate can either accept/deny job, etc.

    Negotiation Details
Was offered an entry level salary and negotiated more. Like most companies, I feel most come forward with the lowest number or close to it. Just be willing to negotiate for more and if you can't get what you're looking for, be willing to walk away.
