I have been working at Triumph Motorcycles full-time (more than 3 years)

As a biker I'm the envy of all my friends.
Get a nice early insight into all new models.
When a new model is released, I can say, I had a part in that.

There are so many departments working to achieve a goal, it can sometimes be hard getting everyone together to discuss progression of projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be decisive about direction and possibly have more team competitions to include more people.

Once clearing that I was phoned to schedule an interview at their headquarters in Hinckley. I am based in the Rep. Of Ireland and after flying over a day before with some preparation done I did a fault finding test which was not too difficult then a 1 hour personal interview and 1 hour technical interview. Everything was fine, communicating was fine and I was told that it usually took a few weeks to get feedback.
