    Pros

    The company culture is what every company should strive to achieve. Working for Truly Nolen has the benefits of working for both a privately owned company & a major corporation. They are not publicly traded, which means there are no shareholders or board members to please. The bottom line is not the all mighty dollar like it is at almost every other company. They put customers & employees above all else, and back it up genuinely. The company is extremely conscious about the products & environment, it's customers, it's employees and their reputation as the best in the industry. Truly Nolen regularly participates in community events and focuses on local activities. The company also does good citizen events without any publicity or any sales agendas. They vary greatly and are usually to help someone in need. Its true charity work, and always makes everyone feel good, and proud to be a part of a company who cares.

    The training program is second to none, no matter what position you are hired for, or the experience you have. There is long term stability and growth both domestically and internationally. One of the reasons I was attracted to Truly Nolen is the opportunity for advancement. All of senior management has worked their way up through various promotions. Where many companies have a glass ceiling, Truly Nolen promotes from within. I'm proud to be a member of the Truly family.

    Cons

    Working 1-2 Saturdays/month might be seen as a Con for some people, but it's explained upfront and honestly before hire. It's a necessary part of the service industry, and a good day to be productive taking care of customers, catching up on work, planning the next week, working on projects etc....

    I applied for the position of Branch Manager in Hollywood, FL. I was contacted within minutes by the local representative about scheduling an interview. A day and time was agreed upon but he failed to supply the location for the interview. I emailed him and called him multiple times without response.

    In reading previous interview comments about this company, it appears the total disregard and disrespect for others is systemic. I can only believe this is the reason this company always seems to have so many positions posted.
