flexible schedule, great atmosphere and coworkers, fun customers and a good chance to learn about the service industry. great benefits if you are a manager.
can be slow, like any restaurant job your income is dependent on volume. had a bit of an identity crisis while I was there but seems to have found its face again.
Advice to Management
take tables, listen to customers, work all shifts. respect the staff. don't try to make it something it's not.
