Great job to work. Great benefits. Bonus is awesome. The culture there is all about customer service and support for the associates. The experience there was great. Enthusiasm will move your career to the next level. Hard working associates on the front line are doing everything to win.
Small in comparison to other wireless companies. Can't really compare them to the bigger players. Price of accessories are way too expensive.
Advice to Management
Listen to your front line as they know what customers want and need. Put your stores in high traffic areas so that sales are there. Follow market trends and close all kiosk locations

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at U.S. Cellular (Knoxville, TN).
I had to do 2 computer tests. One had fake customers and situations and you had to choose what you would do based on the situation. The other was a personality test asking the questions with answers on the 5 point scale (strongly agree, disagree, ect). Then after passing those, I did an interview in person.
