    I worked at U.S. Cellular full-time


    Great company culture - the Dynamic Organization - that sets the company apart from all others. Excellent employee training & development. Strong leaders. Good careers opportunities for those looking to move up.


    While the company has a lot of great things going on, it seems to be always challenged as an "also ran" behind the big, national wireless players.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Cellular (Auburn, ME).


    The interview process was pleasant and took about 1 month from interview to hire date. I met with the Sales and Store Management and was given a small tour of the facility. The interview was more of a test to see whether my personality was a fit rather than a skills test, as I had no previous sales experience.
