    Pros

    - Great Schedules - Great Pay - Very good lab support system

    Cons

    Very few cons. -Saturdays are required to be worked, making personal travel and vacation difficult. -Moving up in the company can be difficult.

    Advice to Management

    Back off of micromanaging so much. Your managers have everything under control. Trust a bit more, we know what we're doing.

    The entire process took about 2 weeks, from the day I applied to accepting the job offer. Since I was an experienced optician I was asked technical optical questions about fittings, sales and how I motivated staff talent.
