Good pay, great benefits, wonderful learning new things, wonderful docs. Docs are wonderful about teaching staff and explaining procedures. Always something new to learn.
Too many chiefs, everybody is is pitted against each other.Rules are changed far to often. My last supervisor talked about her staff with other members of her staff. Very bad attitude from supervisors. Had favorites.
