I have been working at UC Irvine full-time for less than a year

    Pros

It was comfortable working at UC Irvine. There were a lot of people who were there for your success, but you must fall within their agenda.

    Cons

Explain to students why you do the things the administration does. The students pretty much hate administration with the exception of a few individuals

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a new culture between administrators and students. Possibly create a shared goal.

It was an interesting process. It depends on which department you are interviews for, but most of the questions were to fit and experience questions. The office environment seemed very upbeat and everyone seemed to genuinely be good colleagues .
