    Pros

Great co workers, management was great to be around overall a great experience.

    Cons

Can't think of any, maybe that there was occasional down time but nothing more than that

    Advice to Management

Continue same approach. They were very understanding of certain personal situations and circumstances during family emergencies

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UC Irvine.

    Interview

Interviews are conducted by several hiring managers. Generic questions about previous work experience and punctuality. Really relied on detailed orientated staff members. Asked about what makes you stand out from other candidates.

    Interview Questions

    • How did you handle an unsatisfied guest?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

The interview wasn't too difficult. It was a little stressful having questions from different managers, but was acceptable.
