    I feel that the yearly compensation for the production team members should increase. Most team members do a great job working hard and follow company requirements. It is not fair for that team member to get penalized for other team members that are not performing well. The point system for wage increase needs major improvements.

    My advice is to interact and support the leaders at all times. There may be some leaders that are going above and beyond, but are being over looked. These leaders are loyal, be loyal to them as well. However, keep up the great job that you have been doing and continue to grow. May you have good fortune...

    I submitted application online. Was contacted a couple days later and interviewed. interview was straightforward. No surprise questions. Very evident the company was worried more with production numbers and little with employees. employee turnaround was very high.
