I have been working at UNILIFE MEDICAL SOLUTIONS full-time (More than a year)
There are many things that make this company unique, but for me personally it is the opportunity for growth and the employees that make working here worthwhile. Career progression is totally independent of tenure and is instead based on personal performance and your contributions to the business. The work environment is extremely challenging and consequently pushes you to perform at your highest potential. Seeing the amount of time and effort exerted by everyone here is nothing short of admirable, and it makes for an atmosphere and company culture that you truly want to be a part of. At the end of the day, it is encouraging to know that we’re all working towards the same goal of improving people’s lives, and no amount of catered lunch or benefits coverage could take precedence over that feeling.
The work environment is extremely fast paced and very fluid, so be prepared for ambiguity and lack of structure. You will be given a lot of responsibility with high expectations, and you will need to be able to handle the pressure and accountability that comes with that. Remaining efficient while balancing a large workload can be overwhelming, but if you figure out how to manage this you will be successful. The roles here are very wide in breadth, and you must be willing to do things that fall outside of your job duties and previous experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UNILIFE MEDICAL SOLUTIONS.
Made it through the first phone screening to the onsite interview. The phone screening was with a principal engineer. They asked about my resume and work experience and checked whether I could explain the technical details of my work. At the onsite interview, I met with 3 engineers. The first engineer asked me to look at one of their products and brainstorm how it functions. The second asked me a series of engineering problems. The third asked about my resume.
- They focused on my previous projects and the process by which I approached the problems. Answer Question
