    Pros

Great product, great customers and positive environment to learn and grow professionally

    Cons

Since escaping the umbrella of UPS Corporate there has been a drive to maximize profitability. Which has led to an unfortunate decline in the quality of customer service. There is currently building tension between customers and the company due to an increase in costs and decrease in support functions and availability.

Advancement within this company is next to impossible, but it's a comfortable place to call home.
