    Pros

    Great benefits and pay. You get federal holidays off. Raises are given just about yearly until your pay tops out.

    Cons

    The management in charge make the worst decisions. It makes your job harder than it has to be. The only upside is that it does not impact how you are treated as an employee.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people with common sense and promote people that are qualified.
