Benefit programs and eligibility may vary by location. Generally, full-time employees who are scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for the program. Benefits become effective on the first of the month following the completion of one calendar month of employment.

Great company. Pay good, I got a 40% bump in pay when I came to the company from my previous. Projects here were transformational and exciting to work on. Management is very transparent. I always knew how the company was doing. Leadership was very open about our future with the merger. I understood that my position would be eliminated because the headquarters would be moved to Houston. This gave me plenty of time to look for the right position that I was excited to move on to.Cons
The sale to Sysco and the long stretch of not knowing what will happen. It's still in a review process with the gov. The headquarters will be in Houston which means we will eventually be laid off. Many of us were told between 3 to 6 months after the close date.Advice to ManagementAdvice
