  • It has been very good. I have received some of the best experiences with the Army National Guard in my state.

I have been working at US National Guard

    Pros

They have been very flexible, provided benefits to help pay for school, provide affordable health care, teach discipline and its honestly fun.

    Cons

Sometimes it is hard to make the drill weekends around your schedule if you are very busy in general. However if you openly communicate about these issues your leadership should be able to accommodate.

Not difficult - I was applying after serving on active duty. The organization I was applying to looked at my last 3 OERs. It was that easy.
