I have been working at US-Reports part-time (more than a year)

US-Reports is very optimistic. They are constantly growing and looking for ways to exceed expectations. I feel like people are upset because they don't fully understand the position or industry when they begin working for them. They are realistic upfront and let you know what they can expect. However, the jobs ebb and flow and with that comes inconsistency. It is not something that should be accounted to the company, it is just the nature of the work. I think the important part is looking at the culture and the people you are working with. Everyone there is open to helping in any way they can and the work-life balance is more than you would get with most jobs.

I wish there was more career advancement opportunities. Even if there was availability for different levels or auditors. I feel that would provide recognition to those who are working hard.
