    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UTHealth.

    Interview

    It was simple and generic. a little disorganized but adequate. Interviewed by two managers that would be your direct boss, no colleagues interviewed you. Be prepared to answer basic questions and also talk about yourself. Its also somewhat relaxed.
