    Pros

You have the opportunity to work with some amazing personalities, including having the satisfaction of working with customers. The benefits and pay are decent, and depending on location and/or store director, you can express and deliver creativity in your daily position.

    Cons

The hours for management positions are very tiresome, and you never get out on time during your nine hour shift. It seems like just when you're ready to be advanced, they hire someone from the outside. Depending on location, working with the staff can be brutal, especially if you're not in a position to hire new employees or demote.

    Advice to Management

Corporate should display a little more upper hand in regards to making sure policies are consistent at every location. Also, any of the DM's should make a little more effort in communicating with management for feedback and satisfaction of position.
