    listened to needed change recognized talent company was led by a charismatic interested owner who was upfront when it went through some changes

    usual retail hours and lack of offering a good work life balance due to the needs of the retail store business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    large interest with a financial company after bankruptcy and sold to sterling who closed a lot of the stores would work for any of the key executives again
