I worked at Under Armour as an intern (less than a year)

Great work environment, Great people, Great benefits, good location.
They are really able to rally up a lot of drive in their employees.

Management seemed to lack direction of people and there were a lot of pet projects that seemed to waste a bit of time. Other than that, not much negative things to say

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I felt that management sometimes lacked organization and there were also a lot of pet projects that got in the way of productivity on stuff that mattered

    Interview Details

I did a video recording interview. The entire process lasted less than 30 min. 8 questions, half of them are about team work, which makes me feels that they really put a lot of emphasize on teamwork in the organization. It has been a month but they informed me that they are still under the reviewing process.
