Amazing company culture. Work hard/play hard mentality is a perfect balance. People are extremely hard-working, but enjoy the work, and always with a smile on their faces. Super smart colleagues that are always challenging themselves and continually learning. Company appreciates hard work by promoting from within. Folks really take pride in working at Undertone and it shows in their passion for the brand. There are not many downsides to working at Undertone. The base hours are a bit longer than most companies and they don't match employee 401K contributions, but they make up for these in other ways.Advice to ManagementAdvice
