I have been working at United Auto Credit Corp full-time for more than a yearPros
I love working here because hard work is rewarded. I was promoted within my first 2 months and again another 7 months later. I have nearly doubled my income from hire with the possibility of more from bonuses.Cons
I am not a huge fan of the medical insurance. Communications with other departments can be troublesome at times.Advice to ManagementAdvice
I think when people do something wrong or they are not doing their job, emails or talks should be given to those parties individually and not as a group. I feel like it can bring down the people that are working hard and doing good because it makes them feel like they might have done something wrong or that they are not meeting expectations.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO

It was pretty straightforward. Phone and then 1:1 interview with a panel of 2 people. They go for recent graduates who don't mind being paid very little. Negotiate as much as you can to get a higher amount.Interview Questions
