    Pros

Great work environment. Co-workers and office culture were excellent. Solid benefit package. Promotions were quick in good times but slows as the economy retracted.

    Cons

Local office environment felt very disconnected to the rest of the company. Very segregated corporate culture between corporate office and regional branches. It is hard to criticize the company too much; I began my employment as the construction industry went into recession so many changes were made to stay afloat.
