I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at United Nations FCU (New York, NY).
Applied for the position online and was contacted within a week. Had a basic phone screening and was informed of in person interview. Interviewed with hiring manager - it was totally scripted : they read off of pre-arranged general / generic questions that matched the job description. I was also given a computerized cognitive / personality test - which was interesting, it contained some mathematical and behavioral type questions. Within a week I was offered the position : very quick overall process and they matched what I had indicated on my salary requirement.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses? Answer Question
No negotiation - they just took what I wrote on the application and matched it.
