If your union your pay is good. if not union there are some positions in warehouse that are non union for a reason STRIKES. Benefits are nice especially with the wellness program your rates can go down for healthy lifestyle choices (eight, smoking, blood pressure, etc)
There can be some really long hours and the hours themselves can be crazy. So if your a really big early bird or a extreme night owl, this the place for you. But going to bed at 6:00PM in the middle of summer and working all holidays except 3 of them can drive you crazy.
Advice to Management
Don't tell employees one thing and then 2 weeks later sorry. Yes contracts negotiations can suck and sometimes fail, but to quit and go home effects more than the companies pockets as well
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at United Natural.
There was an initial phone interview with an HR person halfway across the country from the office I would have worked in. He called 15 minutes late so that wasn't the best first impression. He ended up talking for most of 30 mins we were on the phone. I was then invited to do a skype interview where they sent me the questions beforehand and I recorded myself answering them. After, I was invited to an in person interview at the office I would have been placed in. I met with one manager in the department and he asked pretty generic questions and a few situation type questions. It then took them over a month to get back to me and I was turned down.
