I worked at United Overseas Bank as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

nice working environment at the heart of the city, numerous team lunches that serve to foster community across departments, reasonable workload

    Cons

compensation falls behind that of other banks, occasional late hours though that is expected. it also appears that there employees may find it difficult to move across departments over time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    be more generous with compensation

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook

It was held as a group interview of about 10 candidates. Carried out round robin style. Suggests that you could not give a similar response to the candidate before you. Interview was quite long.
