    Pros

Opportunities are available for this small New Jersey based company. The support you receive is helpful in the beginning. The discount is 30%, which is enables you to purchase the fashions you are trying to sell. The incentives to make sales are trips to NewYork, California, and Las Vegas.

    Cons

The work life balance does not exist as a member of management. You are mostly working with one other PT employee, therefore you can not leave the store at all. If an emergency arises, you must have another manager come and cover for you. If you leave the store with just one person or just a PT employee, you will be terminated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow your managers the wages dollars to staff the store on more that a two two coverage. It will allow for emergencies and needs that come up. The current scheduling is not realistic with all the family obligations women have today.
